I was taught that life is neither a bed of roses, nor a box of luxurious chocolates.Challenges, troubles, hurdles and hardships are what we have to face while dealing with the world nowadays. As what stated in Quran (check out Surah.......,verse....),the world is created for humans to obey Him,the Allah The Al-Mighty. While obeying Allah's orders and Islamic teachings as our ad-din(a.k.a the way of life for Muslims), humans are not supposed to inflict any form of conflict or problem that causes troubles for the others. For example,a Muslim never punches his brother's face without any reason. A Muslim will NEVER BREAK INTO his neighbour's house and STEALS his belongings for his own greed. A Muslim always has a feeling of 'kasih' to his 'saudara' and take a good care of their welfare, even more than he 'kasih' to himself.
Talking about the 'testing' period, i would assume that many of us have undergone bittersweet chapters of challenges Allah places in our life. Either we develop our inner strength while trying our best to solve all the given problems wisely, or we blame solely on our 'unlucky' fate as an escapetism...Our choice is always based on our 'hati'. If we could accept the trials lay in front of us willingly, because we strongly believe that Allah knows what is best for us,then we should put our best effort Lillahi Ta'ala without questioning its outcome(a.k.a the result of our action).

If its the other way round, perhaps it is best for us to reflect our 'iman' dan 'amal'..Mungkin kita belum cukup menerima nikmat Islam sebagai Ad-deen kita sepenuhnya..
I would love to share this article by Prof.Sidek Baba, who writes about 'Revert to Islam' ( translates in bahasa Melayu as ''Kembali kepada Islam yang sebenar'')...
If all Muslims practices the pure Islamic values that bases from the insights of the Quran and the Sunnah...we have no worries to frown upon about the world nowadays.
