IM TIED WITH WORK!!!!!!!quite burn out with the drastic schedule and sudden call for meetings..(huh!)...hontoni atashi wa isogashi-desu...'honey-moon' jikan inaii mo...:(

La,wut u need are these:
1. 3 packs of softcream cheese (200g each)
2. 1 pack of sourcream (150ml)
3. 1 mug of fine sugar
4. 2 eggs
5. vanilla essence
6.1 packet of digestive biscuits
7.1 pound of butter

Steps:
(the biscuit base)
-grind the biscuit, place them into the cake tin
-melt the butter and pour it into the tin
-mix them, layer it nicely then freeze it.
(the cheese-topping)
-mix together the creamcheese , sourcream & the sugar. Stir them well.
-add in the eggs (1 by 1)
-put in a tablespoon of vanilla essence.stir it well.
-pour the creamy topping on the biscuit base.
-bake it (30-35 mins) of 160degree.
thats all!!Let me know when u'r done with it yeah...
